Our History
In the heart of the historic center of Finale Ligure, an internationally renowned tourist destination. Just steps from the sea, the square, and the Basilica of San Giovanni. Informal, friendly, attentive, and meticulous service. Quick lunches and dinners with friends, couples, or family. Premium, carefully selected, and expertly crafted products. Since 1983: same family, new passions. Pilade was born that way: a small place with a clear idea and the courage to do something that hadn't been done before. Hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza by the slice: in the '80s, it was an unconventional choice. First and foremost, and with its own identity. In 1996, the place expanded and the beer garden and grill took shape. In 2020, the refined and select meats were added to the menu. The step from pub to brasserie is a short one. A place built over time, made of presence, daily work, and attention to detail. Old enough to know how it's done... current enough to continue doing it well!
